The Charger 2 wrench is designed for use on the lower seal head of Charger 2 and Charger LT dampers.
This series of wrenches comes as a result of our collaboration with RockShox to develop a series of tools specifically for their suspension components. Built to hold the thin aluminum parts of the dampers to avoid damage. These wrenches are built with the same tool grade aluminum to tight tolerances to give you years of trouble free use. They will not damage or mar the sensitive parts inside your suspension fork when used with care, keeping you and your customers happy. They also feature a 3/8" square drive in the middle to use with your favorite torque wrench during reassembly.

Trimming steer tubes hasn't gotten any easier on modern bikes. In the search for a super clean look, bikes are routing cables through headsets and steer tubes and it's made tasks that use to be quick and simple a major time suck. Until now! The unique thing about our Saw Guide is that the clamp is open, so you can slide it around the steer tube instead of having to slide it over the end. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal but it means you can get an accurate and square cut without taking the fork off the bike and more importantly without taking all the cables out of the bike. Use this tool once for that application and it's paid for itself. Of course it will work on normal steer tubes as well and give you a nice square cut every time.
The guide is two sided, one side for standard toothed metal cutting blades and the opposite side is wider for abrasive blades used to cut composites. You can also use the guide in a vise like you're probably use to and it's pretty compact if you want to travel with it.

With many pedal manufactures going away from 15mm wrench flats the traditional pedal wrench is becoming obsolete. To further complicate things some manufactures require both 6 and 8 mm keys within their product range. This means it's hard to know exactly what tool to grab for pedal removal or installation. Enter the Abbey Shop Pedal Wrench. With the once standard 15mm box end on one end and a custom 6 and 8 mm swivel bit on the opposite end it's the only pedal wrench you'll ever need. Perfect to keep at the fit station, on the sales floor, rental fleet counter and certainly at the tool bench.
The shop version of the tool gets an extra 2" (5 cm) of leverage over the team issue for an overall length of 14.5" Great for removing those suborn pedals. The tool receives a durable black Cerakote finish.

What good is a Shop Crombie tool without the matching whip?
There's a little more that went into the Shop Duty Whip-It than the matching Crombie. We stuck with the proven construction of a machined tang welded into a handle. We did add some length to the handle, as much as we could while still fitting inside a 700c/29'er wheel and of course it got the matching grip. We also worked with KMC to get some more robust chain from their E bike chain. These chains have a 28% stronger pin design that helps them stay together when your wrist rolls under heavy torque. We also widened the tang everywhere the chain doesn't attached to add stiffness and give the chain more support. Then we heat treat everything to get the most out of the steel.
The other little tweak we did involves magnets. Now we don't pretend to understand how magnets work but they're kind of handy for keeping the chain wrapped around the cassette and keeping the chain stowed when not in use. We're also offering these as parts for the existing Whip-It.

Sometimes simple tools are the best ones to make, they aren't complicated but small tweaks to the smallest of details can stack up to big improvements in function. The Star Nut Setter is one of those tools. A simple task to install the star nut into a metal fork steer tube so you can preload your threadless headset.
The outer guide slips over the steer tube and make sure that the driver stays straight while you hammer the nut into the steer. The driver has a hard stop to give you a perfect install depth as well. We took the extra clearance out of the two pieces of this tool to refine this design to something worthy of Abbey Green.

At bike races I normally try to make the rounds, see what people are up to, show them new tools and get inspiration for new products. Stu Thorne (cyclocrossworld.com) put a common rotor truing tool in my hand and asked me to make it out of aluminum. Apparently traveling with the cyclocrossworld.com? team for a decade he'd learned to travel light.
A few samples later we've got a 44 gram rotor truing tool called the Stu Stick. So whether you want to slip it into your hydration pack for that enduro mountain bike ride or travel the world working with one of the staples of cross racing it's up to the task.
You can even use it to crack open a beer after you're done with the days fun.

Suspension service is a specialty within bicycle repair and it takes specialized tools to perform this work. One of the things that any factory tech will tell you is nice to have are sockets specifically made or altered for the low profile hex on the top of each fork leg. The lead in or chamfer on a standard socket will greatly decrease the contact between tool and part and can easily scratch or deform those nuts. For years shops have been grinding down their sockets to remove the chamfer. Problem is you're still often left with a loose fitting socket that is still prone to chewing up those delicate parts. That's why we started from scratch.
We made our sockets from billet aluminum to exacting tolerances to keep these parts in good shape. fully CNC'd machined with zero lead in, they make the specialty that is suspension service a little bit easier. They feature a 3/8" square drive for use with your favorite torque wrench as well as finger splines to help run the top caps into the fork legs with those oil soaked hands. We also kept them short (1" or 25mm for all sizes) to reduce the chance of them caming off of the top cap under torque.
Offered in a 7 individual sizes and a 6 socket set for most modern suspension forks on the market.$53.00 (RRP)Add To Cart

The Abbey Bike Tools T way precision multi-tool is a great addition to the shop at home or work. This is built as a more robust multi use tool than our compact 4 way using the same durable stainless steel our Crombie heads use.
Everybody makes a multi-tool and there's a little bit of everything on the market, so what's different about ours? All of the little things that add up to one nice tool. A multi tool is only as good as it's tool engagement so that's where we started. If you're familiar with other Abbey tools you've no doubt noticed that they fit tighter than anything else out there and this one is no different. We use precision stainless steel bits from WERA that fit like a glove into the bolts on your modern bike. They won't strip out fasteners like the cheap offshore made tools that are so common in the bike world.
The next part of the multi-tool is the chassis, for this we used our favorite US drawn stainless steel alloy and built a frame to hold the bits. Offering good leverage for all of the small fasteners on your bike, be it the precision adjustment of limit screws or assembling your bike for a fly away trip.$238.00 (RRP)Add To Cart
