Chris King Boost Centerlock front hubs are designed as precision mountain tools. We use one-piece axles to provide a stiff hub with rail accurate steering. To thwart mud, water, and contaminants as you power through rough trails, Boost Centerlock hubs have heavy-duty bearing seals and snaprings, that provide superior protection with ultra low drag.
Our bearings have heat-treated, surgical grade steel races that are machined simultaneously to ensure perfectly matched inner and outer races. The quality and speed of our bearings is what sets us apart from the competition and they are what you will feel and notice on every single ride. As Chris King bearings break in they get faster with age. All our hubs and bearings are fully serviceable for years upon years of demanding use.

Chris King R45 Jet 28 hole Front Road QR Hub
Light
The R45 hubset is 20% lighter than our Classic hubset. We designed sleek new hubshell bodies and new 17 mm axles. Fast
King designed and built a bearing specifically for the R45 hubset. These stainless steel sealed bearings are made in-house in Portland, Oregon. R45 bearings also feature lightweight, low-friction seals for fast rolling and can be easily serviced at regular intervals using only a single 2.5 mm hex wrench and penknife.

Description
Unite’s new SRAM direct mount chainring offers excellent chain retention, great mud clearance and longevity with a high-quality finish. Unite's chainrings are CNC machined in house from 7075 T6 aluminium billet, one of the hardest grades of aluminium available.
A large amount of wear occurs on the front face of chain rings due to the extreme chain-line caused by 1x setups, our extra wide alternating tooth profile improves both durability and retention for a longer period. As chains begin to stretch they start to bind in certain places damaging the chain and ring. Our chainrings have specially machined recesses, which help to prevent this damage, increasing the longevity of the chain ring and chain.
