Our aluminum drop bars bring the performance, and dependability you have come to expect from Thomson. The lineup is available in 3 profiles, and varying widths. Each made from 7000 series aluminum. Borrowing from the proven carbon profiles, the alloy drop bars are available with a mild flat, a round profile, or new to Thomson, the Flared Drop bar.
Our road bar wing section is small enough not to restrict hand movements when riding on the top, and allows bar angle adjustment without “locking out” your wrists. Shaping on the bottom side of the wing allows housing to be taped out of the way. The Dirt Drop shares a similar top to the round road bar, measuring 31.8 as wide as possible. Each profile has exceeded the ISO 4210-2:2015 requirement.
The mild flat profile is available in 40cm, 42cm, and 44cm, Drop 148mm, Reach 89mm
The round profile is available in 38mm, 40cm, 42cm, and 44cm, Drop 147mm, Reach 72mm

The adjustability and strength of a Thomson seatpost, now in Titanium.
Our proven saddle clamps are paired with Titanium hardware. We have a long 1.614 inch (41 mm) seat rail grip length. This helps prevent seat rail bending from impact loads. Most other seatposts have grip lengths of at least .500 inches shorter than our grip length.
The Thomson seatpost has a clamp, head, and upper tube are strong enough to withstand 350 foot-lbs of torque. The tube will start to yield and bend at the seat tube clamp at about 250 foot-lbs of torque. Under severe impact the Thomson seatpost will bend slightly and allow the rider to come to a safe stop or finish the ride.
The Thomson seatpost has all parts captive and can easily be attached to a seat without dis-assembly.
Infinite tilt adjustment minus 5° and plus 29°.
Very low profile clamps means no seat interference as the swivel nuts are down between the seat rails.
The designs and materials have passed extensive life and ultimate strength tests. Our ongoing testing program ensures that every production lot of seatposts meets Thomson standards.

750mm wide and offers 15mm of rise together with a 5° backsweep and 8° upsweep. Built for strength with enough flex built in for all day comfort. Strong enough for All Mountain/Freeride, light enough for racing.
Bars are made with three different fiber types with different tensile strength and tensile modulus, including High Strength carbon fibers. This helps to allocate stiffness and flex where needed.
Bars are molded with an EPS mandrel inside to avoid wrinkles inside the layup during molding. Most other bars are molded over inflated nylon bladders.
All carbon fiber material is produced by Toray and uses tailor made nano Epoxy Resin for very high impact resistance. Toray is the main supplier of carbon fiber to Boeing and Airbus.
1.5K woven impact ends help prevent damage to uni directional fibers from shortening the bar or impact with the ground.

The guard has been designed around a unique modular design where you can run the guide and the bash together or independently. The Bash guard has proven itself on the world stage with U21 EWS rider Brady Stone who is currently ranked 1st in the global rankings and also took an overall EWS stage win!
The back plate is CNC machined from 6082 aluminium. The use of two fitment points not only saves weight but also makes it possible to fit the chain-guide without removing the cranks. A custom laser cut spacer is included if you decided to run the bash guard on it own.

There’s nothing worse than a mismatched body and faceplate, the Renegade stem will line up every time. Machining the stem in one piece also makes it far more accurate around the bar clamp area removing any stress raisers for carbon bars. We machined the stem to be light and as strong as possible, removing material from as many areas as possible without sacrificing strength.
The Renegade Stem is designed with a special recess which fits flush with our stem cap giving it the ultimate integrated look, the stem is also compatible with standard stem caps/stem spacers.
