Description
Unites SRAM direct mount oval chainring shares all of the great features that the standard chainring has to offer but with an oval profile. Our oval design has many advantages over our standard round rings:
- Improves traction while climbing.
- Reduces knee pain.
- 12% ovality (32T oval is equal to 30T-34T range).
- 115° Clocking from crank arm puts the major axis in your power stroke.
Unite's chainrings are CNC machined in house from 7075 T6 aluminium billet, one of the hardest grades of aluminium available.
A large amount of wear occurs on the front face of chain rings due to the extreme chain-line caused by 1x setups, our extra wide alternating tooth profile improves both durability and retention for a longer period. As chains begin to stretch they start to bind in certain places damaging the chain and ring. Our chainrings have specially machined recesses, which help to prevent this damage and increases the longevity of the chain ring and chain. Grip Rings utilise a stiff and light design that is efficient and offers excellent protection from rock strikes.

- Fits 130 BCD 5 arm cranksets
- Drop-Stop technology. On Wolf Tooth’s patented wide/narrow chainring, the wide side of the tooth has maximum contact on the drive side which spreads the load and improves chainring life. The narrow side allows clearance for mud and debris which reduces friction.
- Alternating wide/narrow tooth pattern prevents chain derailment

We designed these bolts to be the best on the market. They have a 4 mm hex socket and are 10 mm long so you can use a bash ring with your chainring that has threaded standoffs like our 104 BCD 30t ring, elliptical 104 BCD rings, 76 BCD rings and others. No nuts are included with these bolts as they are intended for use with threaded chainrings.

The Shimano XTR, XT, and SLX 12spd Hyperglide+ chain works differently than other products on the market so Wolf Tooth engineers developed a completely new tooth profile to provide optimal chain retention and durability when using this new chain technology.
