The Wolf Tooth Resolve Dropper Post is the first dropper post to use a self-bleeding cartridge. It has the shortest stack height of any dropper post on the market, has a short insertion depth, is one of the lightest dropper posts, and is completely serviceable at home via the Wolf Tooth Right to Repair program.
SELF-BLEEDING RESOLVE CARTRIDGE
At the heart of Resolve Dropper Post is a self-bleeding cartridge that removes air from the fluid chamber with every actuation. All dropper posts can get air in the chamber, which leads to sag and squish. Resolve Dropper Post is the only dropper post that purges air from the chamber, which means you’ll never need to buy a new cartridge as you do with all other dropper posts.
SHORTEST STACK HEIGHT
The shortest stack height of any dropper post means that Resolve can get your saddle lower than any other dropper post. The lower your saddle, the more room you have to maneuver your bike on drops and techy descents.
WEIGHT AND WEIGHT PER TRAVEL IS EQUAL TO THE BEST
Resolve Dropper Post is one of the most lightweight dropper posts on the market when it comes to grams per millimeter of travel. It’s as much as 26% lighter than other dropper posts of the same travel and size.
SHORT INSERTION LENGTH
When a dropper post has a short insertion length, longer travel options are unlocked for more bikes. A short insertion length is vital for smaller bikes, frames with curved seat tubes, and frames with seat tubes that have bottle bosses.
TRAVEL REDUCTION WITH SPACERS
The travel of a Resolve dropper post can be reduced in 5 mm increments by adding spacers inside the cartridge assembly. This feature allows maximizing the amount of drop on any given bike frame / rider combination. Note that installation of travel adjustment spacers requires opening the pressurized hydraulic cartridge and should always be performed by a qualified bicycle technician after releasing all air pressure. This is not recommended as a home mechanic project unless you are already experienced with servicing pressurized bicycle hydraulic components such as suspension forks.

Resolve rev2 expands the best-in-class, first-of-its-kind specs of the original Resolve while adding 34.9 diameter, a 242mm travel option, and new internals for 25% lighter actuation and better self-bleeding. It’s lightweight, keeps a low profile, and will perform as expected every time it is needed. It also has a low lifetime cost of ownership because it is covered by Wolf Tooth Right to Repair and is serviceable at home.
- At the heart of Resolve rev2 is a self-bleeding cartridge that removes air from the fluid chamber with every actuation. All dropper posts can get air in the chamber, which leads to sag and squish. Resolve is the only dropper post that purges air from the chamber, and rev2 features even faster self-bleeding when compared to rev1.
- Resolve rev2 is the longest travel dropper post on the market. Stock travel options now include 125, 160, 200, and 242mm with travel adjustable in 5mm increments.
- Resolve rev2 is available in 30.9, 31.6, and 34.9mm diameters. Our entire 34.9mm architecture: stanchion, lower tube, cartridge, and internals, were re-designed and optimized for this larger diameter. This gives Resolve rev2 34.9 the lightest weight and shortest length in its category.
- Introducing the Spool Valve. This update translates to 25% less lever force required to actuate Resolve rev2, and the same low force is required whether the saddle is weighted or not, resulting in smooth, easy, virtually instantaneous drop whenever you need it.
-A super low stack height gets the saddle down and out of the way for more room to maneuver on the rowdiest terrain.

The travel lengths of Resolve Dropper Post are fully customizable based on your bike and riding style. You can have them installed by a local bike shop mechanic or if you are comfortable with working on suspension components, you may be able to complete the installation yourself.

The RoadLink DM (Direct Mount) is the RoadLink that fits Shimano’s R7000 105, R8000 and RX800 Ultegra and R9100 Dura-Ace rear derailleurs. Since its introduction, the award-winning Wolf Tooth RoadLink has given riders the ability to easily increase the range of their Shimano road drivetrains while maintaining near-factory levels of chain wrap and shifting performance.
Like the mountain-focused GoatLink, the RoadLink DM replaces Shimano’s stock direct mount link allowing you to relocate the derailleur to provide clearance for larger-than-stock range cassettes while maintaining chain wrap and improving shifting. The result—larger gear ranges that riders want and expect for their road, commuter, gravel, and touring bicycles.
