MKS Esprit Pedal
Description
The Esprit is a new take on the traditional style of pedal.
The design moves the pedal body slightly further away from the crank allowing for some flex when compared to the Sylvan, which provides a smoother ride on rough roads.
If the cage becomes damaged it’s easily replaceable using standard tools.
MKS Cup and Cone bearings.

Stock Code:MKPD-ORBBLU
Named for its solid, satellite-like aesthetic, the "Orbiter" reflects the combined harmony of the crank’s orbital revolution and its own smooth rotation. Weighing in at just 344g, it stands as the lightest pedal in its size class among the MKS lineup. By combining a newly developed lightweight spindle with a sealed & bush bearing system, MKS have achieved a significant reduction in profile while maintaining high rigidity.
The mid-sized platform (W101.8 x L104mm) is optimized for a wide range of riders and features 11 meticulously positioned traction pins. Combined with a gentle concave surface, the design optimizes contact with the sole of the shoe—delivering a 'locked-in' feel that efficiently translates every pedal stroke into forward momentum.
Key Features:
- At just 344g per pair, the Orbiter achieves the ultimate balance between weight reduction and structural strength as the lightest MKS pedal in its size category.
- An extremely slim profile with a stack height ranging from 5.6mm to 11.8mm provides a direct pedaling feel and increased ground clearance.
- The rotation is intentionally tuned to be "controlled" rather than free-spinning to prevent unexpected movement, assisting in quick and reliable pedal re-engagement during off-road riding.
- The minimalist design eliminates unnecessary gaps and protrusions to prevent mud buildup, ensuring consistent performance in the harshest trail conditions.
- Chrome plating on the spindle and pins ensures high surface hardness and corrosion resistance, while full serviceability of all components allows for a lifetime of use.Stock Level:1Stock Level:1$235.00 (RRP)Add To Cart
