The two machined aluminum cups thread together ensuring the bottom bracket remains stable in the frame, increasing bearing life, and simplifying maintenance. *** The new Quarq DZero powermeter spiders will work with Wheels Mfg BB86-OUT BBs

This bushing is designed to be installed on the crankset axle of the Gen 4 Bosch motor.
It is strongly recommended replacing both bushings per motor for optimal performance.
When the friction bushings wear out, play may develop in the crankset axle, even after replacing the bearings included in the EM-026-BOSCH service kit (or with individual bearing replacements). As this part is not sold separately by Bosch, their official recommendation is to replace the entire motor unit when axle play occurs.
