Universal Crank Remover with Handle
- Made from heat-treated tool steel.
- Capable of all functions needed to remove square taper and splined cranks.
- Includes: Puller with integrated ergonomic handle, inserts for splined and for square taper cranks, and 8mm hex for crank bolt removal.
- Precision tolerances provide perfect fit and floating tip design ensures easy crank removal.
Pedro's Universal Crank Remover provides the tools required to properly remove press fit square taper and splined cranks and unlike similar items offered by the competition, we include everything you need in one convenient package
The Universal Crank Remover fits all cranks using 22mm x 1 threads and square, tapered bottom bracket spindles and splined Shimano® Octalink and ISIS Drive® bottom bracket spindles that do not use a “self extracting” system. The 8mm hex wrench is perfect for crank bolts and can also be used in pedals with 8mm broach.
Pair with a standard 15mm pedal wrench for easy pedal removal.

When Campagnolo came out with the latest single chainring grouppo they choose to use a lockring to attach the chainring which needs a specific tool. While they could have manufactured the tool in house they choose to focus on making the parts and leave the tools to us.
This tool is specifically made for use with modern Campagnolo crank lockrings found on their power meter cranks for 13spd and the new single chainring Super Record X (SRX).
- Socket is built to engage the 4 prong lockring on these cranks that retains the chainring or spider.
- Features a dual drive giving the technician the option of using a box end wrench (19mm or 3/4") or a 3/8" square drive for use with a torque wrench.
- Slips over the crank axle using it as a pilot to ensure good tool engagement.
