he Universal Hanger should be in everyone's saddlebags. If your existing derailleur hanger busts, strips or is totally wonky, the Universal Hanger replaces the drive-side nut on your quick-release skewer so you can get the majority of your gear range back. Absolutely essential for touring or epic mountain biking.

Salsa Alternator 2.0 Dropout Plate Left Adjustable Thru-Axle M12

Alternator 2.0 is the latest iteration of Salsa’s adjustable dropout system. Alternator 2.0 Dropouts are a modular system consisting of replaceable dropout plates and fixing hardware. They are specifically designed for, and only compatible with, Salsa frames using the 2.0 system.

Alternator 2.0 Dropout plates are compatible with frames featuring 142, 148, 177, or 197mm spacing
Hardware kits (sold separately) must always be paired with the style of dropout plates being installed on the frame
Allows for the rear axle location to be adjusted through a ~17mm range relative to the bottom bracket axle
Note: This part number only includes a single Alternator 2.0 plate

Alternator Flat Mount is an adjustable dropout system designed to offer flawless functionality with flat-mount brakes installed. The dropout plates move back and forth on the frame, controlled with a captive barrel nut and screw for a minimal appearance.

- Compatible with frames designed for the Alternator Flat Mount standard
- Allows the rear axle to be adjusted through a 15 mm range
- Thru-axle diameter = 12 mm; thread pitch = 1.5

Note: This part number only includes a single Alternator Flat Mount plate
- Uses Salsa 465 replaceable derailleur hanger (FS2322), sold separately. Also requires Salsa Axle Stud kit (FS1181)

Salsa Alternator 1.0 and 2.0 UDH Kit for flat-mount brakes.

- This Alternator Plate set works with all Alternator 1.0 and Alternator 2.0 compatible Salsa frames to allow the use of SRAM Full Mount derailleurs or SRAM UDH.
- Fixes wheel in rearmost Alternator plate position (17mm back)
- Native 140mm flat-mount disc brake compatibility
- Kit includes non-driveside upper mounting bolt for steel and titanium frames. Also includes lock nut that replaces IS brake adaptor to secure plate. All other hardware is re-used from current plates or can be purchased in the Alternator 1.0 or Alternator 2.0 Hardware Kit.
- Requires a 12mm thru axle with 1.0TP and either a SRAM UDH or SRAM Full Mount derailleur (not included). 148mm hubs use 175L 1.0TP 14TL M12, 142mm hubs use 171L 1.0TP 14TL M12.

- This Alternator Plate set works with all Alternator 1.0 and Alternator 2.0 compatible Salsa frames to allow the use of SRAM Full Mount derailleurs or SRAM UDH.

- Native 160mm post-mount disc brake compatibility (no IS adaptor required)
- Kit includes 2 non-driveside upper mounting bolts, the longer one is for carbon and aluminum frames, the shorter one is for steel and titanium frames. Also includes lock nut that replaces IS brake adaptor to secure plate. All other hardware is re-used from current plates or can be purchased in the Alternator 1.0 or Alternator 2.0 Hardware Kit.
- Requires a 12mm thru axle with 1.0TP and either a SRAM UDH or SRAM Full Mount derailleur (not included). 197mm hubs use 224L 1.0TP 14TL M12, 148mm hubs use 175L 1.0TP 14TL M12, 142mm hubs use 171L 1.0TP 14TL M12.
