Compatible with:
Any ½ x 1/8 pitch chain, this includes BMX and Track chains
Any 8 or 9 speed chain
Does not work acceptably with::
10,11, 12, 13 speed chains
1/2" x 3/32" chains

It’s now a full 5mm thick, plus a lip (.65mm extra) to maximize thread contact on all compatible hubs.
