Our new BB86/92 thread together bottom bracket is a technical advancement of our well-loved slip fit BB86 bottom brackets. The two machined aluminum cups thread together ensuring the bottom bracket remains stable in the frame, increasing bearing life, and simplifying maintenance. This means no more creaking, smoother operation, longer bearing life, and really quick bearing replacement.
Directly replaces all OEM BB86/92 bottom brackets. Overall width is still the same as all other BB86 bottom brackets.
Note: Use only bottom bracket tools compatible with 16-notch MegoEvo BB’s. (FSA MegaEvo and Park Tool BBT-29).

Wolf Tooth BSA Bottom Brackets are engineered to be smooth, durable, lightweight, fast, and user-serviceable. The ground-up design features custom bearings, seals, bushings, and cups, which eliminate creaking and balance best-in-class weather sealing with optimized bearing radial compression, alignment, and preload for low drag.
The bearings in Wolf Tooth Bottom Brackets feature a custom design. The balls and race are made from a hardened chrome bearing steel. This has a higher surface hardness than stainless, which improves the durability of bearing races and reduces spinning resistance and noise. An ACOSUR ZNA coating has also been applied to the race to provide corrosion resistance that is equal to or better than stainless steel after a 500-hour saltwater test. Bearing material paired with an extensive sealing system and the elimination of metal-on-metal contact means Wolf Tooth Bottom Brackets have superior performance in all conditions.

Expand your choice of cranks for use in BB86/BB92/BB91/BB71-41/BB107 frames. Replace your bottom bracket with these dual-row flanged bearings and run 30mm spindle cranks (FSA BB386EVO, Rotor 3d+, RaceFace Next SL, e.thirteen) cranks in your BB86/92 frame. These bearings fit directly in frames with 41mm ID smooth bore bottom bracket shells.You must use 30mm spindle cranksets with spindle lengths longer than 104mm
