Surly Cross Fork Black
Description
Our lugged and brazed Cross-Check/Travelers Check fork has room for 700c x 45mm tires and fenders. It’s made from 4130 CroMoly steel and features fender eyelets at the dropouts, cantilever brake pivots, and now has through-leg mid-blade eyelets for mounting a rack. The eyelets are threaded 5 x 1mm and located 165mm up from the axle.

The Dinner Fork is non-suspension corrected and accommodates 26”, 27.5”, and 29” wheel sizes. If you want to run fenders alongside an 8 or 24-Pack style rack, this fork can do that. Hell, it relishes it. To give you even more options for carrying miscellaneous items, we put a set of 3-pack mounts on each fork blade, too.

Designed to provide just what’s needed and not an ounce more, the Surly Preamble Fork is offered in two configurations to accommodate 650b and 700c wheel sizes. It has 51mm I.S. disc caliper mounts, accepts fenders, and has fork crown and mid-blade rack mounts.
