The upper and lower bodies are made from super-strong, chemical and impact-resistant plastic and the Chain Pig II features stainless steel button arms, along with other improvements, to further increase durability.
The brush wheels, which have the toughest job in any chain cleaner, feature larger diameter bristles optimized for stiffness, effective cleaning performance, and superior durability.
The drag-free derailleur hook is a game-changer providing simple use, truly hands-free operation, and alignment allowing seriously high run speeds that increase effectiveness and efficiency.
The Chain Pig II has also been designed for efficient cleaning and degreaser usage. The system allows effective cleaning using only 1 fluid ounce of degreaser. The stage one brushes effectively pull degreaser up from the reservoir and onto the chain. The chain is then scrubbed from all angles and finally pulled through a large durable sponge that wicks excess and contaminated fluid from the chain minimizing mess and dripping. The sponge also wipes the chain, filtering larger contaminants, and returning usable degreaser back for more cleaning. Works on 1-13 speed chains.

Our 6000 over axle adapter is used to press 6000 sealed bearings into hub shells or suspension components. An over axle adapter is necessary when the bearing slides over the axle before it is pressed into the hub shell or suspension component. In addition to the adapter, you often need spacers to clear the end of the axle and allow enough clearance for the press to fully push in the bearing.

The Quick Drop Fork Dummy lets you remove a fork from a bike in seconds without losing any headset or cockpit hardware. Bearings stay seated, spacers stay in order, and the stem remains aligned while the fork is out. Built for fast bikeshop jobs.
HOW IT WORKS
The tip of the Top Part matches the inner diameter of a standard steerer tube. It is slightly tapered and features a strong integrated neodymium magnet.
Remove your top cap, insert the Quick Drop into the steerer from above, and push the fork downward. As the fork slides down, the tool stays into the steer tube being held by the tight tolerances and the magnet.
You can guide the fork down or lightly pull it while the tool follows smoothly into the headset and frame, holding bearings, spacers, and stem in position.
The lower bearing may stay on the fork during removal. If using the Top + Bottom Kit, place that bearing onto the bottom piece, reinsert both parts into the frame, align them, then rotate 180° to lock the system together.
The magnetic tip also makes reinstallation easier. When guiding the steerer back into position, the magnet helps catch and align the tool instantly, making engagement quick and controlled.
The holding force is strong enough to keep everything composed, even allowing the bike to be turned upside down temporarily if needed during service or short-term storage.$44.90 (RRP)
