Our aluminum drop bars bring the performance, and dependability you have come to expect from Thomson. The lineup is available in 3 profiles, and varying widths. Each made from 7000 series aluminum. Borrowing from the proven carbon profiles, the alloy drop bars are available with a mild flat, a round profile, or new to Thomson, the Flared Drop bar.
Our road bar wing section is small enough not to restrict hand movements when riding on the top, and allows bar angle adjustment without “locking out” your wrists. Shaping on the bottom side of the wing allows housing to be taped out of the way. The Dirt Drop shares a similar top to the round road bar, measuring 31.8 as wide as possible. Each profile has exceeded the ISO 4210-2:2015 requirement.
The mild flat profile is available in 40cm, 42cm, and 44cm, Drop 148mm, Reach 89mm
The round profile is available in 38mm, 40cm, 42cm, and 44cm, Drop 147mm, Reach 72mm
The Dirt drop is available in 44cm, and 46cm, a wide drop bar with 25° flare ready for your next adventure, regardless of the road you choose. -

Our new Ø35mm x 800mm wide bar comes in 3 rise options: a center rise 10mm, 20mm rise, or 35mm rise option. All Ø35mm bars feature a 9° backsweep, and 5° upsweep. They’re built using 7050 Aluminum alloy for strength and longevity.
The Elite 35mm handle bars are butted and tapered in many steps for optimal fatigue life. Unlike most companies, we produced our bars by using advanced hydraulic press forming to ensure close tolerances, precise wall thicknesses and a smooth appearance in the bends and tapered sections.
Together with a 35mm Thomson X4 stem, it’s the best aluminum cockpit in the industry. -

Just like with a standard drop bar, you’ll have multiple hand positions at your disposal so you can stay comfortable and in control for the long haul down the Big Slab. And if it’s a more relaxed, upright riding position you’re after, 30mm of rise will get you there. So, if you’ve accidentally or intentionally cut your steer tube too short, here’s your chance at redemption. Also suitable for taller riders who’ve exhausted all other options for rise, it comes in three widths of 42, 45, and 48cm. Lightweight aluminum construction, CB radio not included.
