Thomson Elite 27.2x330 BLACK 16mm SETBACK
The Thomson Elite seatpost is the standard by which all other seatposts are judged. Forged clamps, integrally machined head, and an elliptically extruded 7000 series aluminum body have made the Elite and the Setback Elite the industry models for strength, light weight and ease of adjustment.
Over 40% stronger on ultimate strength test than the strongest production seatposts on the market.
Lightweight – approximately 188 grams (250 length) for road bikes and 228 grams (330 length) for mountain bikes. Natural ellipse bore inside tube for optimum strength to weight ratio. -

Paul set out to design the most refined, reliable, and easy-to-adjust zero-offset seatpost on the planet, then CNC machined them to the absolute highest tolerances inhouse in sunny Chico, California.
The first order of business was to space the bolts far enough away from the post that you can easily adjust them with a multi-tool on the side of the trail, or a torque wrench in the shop. With the use of two bolts, seatpost rail slippage is completely eliminated, and these two bolt-heads sit on spherical stainless-steel washers that allow them to pivot and self-align to the cradle. The top-clamp features two low-friction brass trunnions for super smooth and effortless tilt adjustment without binding.

This shim will let you easily fit the 27.2mm or 31.6mm Dual-Position Seatpost or ShockStop Seatpost into your larger seat tube. Just drop the shim in your frame's seat tube and insert the seatpost. Once installed, the shim is essentially invisible.
